Week's Reflections

It has been an interesting week, thinking about, writing, and responding to others' experience with the technologies that we learned about a couple weeks ago. I like the sounds of all the technologies and hope to get the opportunity to use more of them, and become more proficient. Right now my feeling about them is more in the potential of each, rather than a complete understanding of their best uses, and indeed how to actually use them.

It has been a busy week at school, and the full moon last night caused a real wild day in school. Over the years, this belief about student's behavior being affected by the full moon is something I have become a total believer in because I have seen it actually happen over and over again.

Watched the last debate tonight with about 15 other folks and had a great time. The debate was nothing that unusual, but is was fun to watch with others. Being involved in the campaign has taken a lot of time, that I am happy to give. But, now that this Ed. Leadership program is off and running, I will be happy to have some time freed up after the election.

Ken,
This is a great reflection! I was also watching the debate as I was preparing this weeks lecture.

I have been told by other teachers that the full moon really effects their students behavior. Its interesting to think about the interconnections between us and the world we live in.
